Annual Community Wide Fall Festival - at the Cochran-Bleckley Recreational Center, Free Admission. Volunteers are needed for Games, Cake Walk, Bingo, Hay Ride, Face Painting, Inflatibles, Candy, Musical Entertainment. ALL FREE! Fun for all Ages. Hosted by Bethany Baptist Church plus other local Cochran Churches. Look for ads in the local newspapers!

Bethany Baptist participates in Women on Mission, Men's Ministry, Girls in Action and Royal Ambassadors. These groups reach out to the Bleckley Probation Detention Center for women, Willing Hands Center, retirement/nursing homes and Promise of Hope (an addiction rehab center for ladies in Dudley). For many years we have contributed financially as well as sending teams to construct cabins for Snow Bird Youth Camp in N.C. Bethany has also partnered with the Bold Mission Builders to send teams to construct churches in Kentucky and Ohio.

Hanging of the Greens Watch the Church come alive as the Congregation decorates for the coming Christmas Season. Participate in singing Christmas Hymns and listen to readings of favorite Christmas Scriptures.

Bethany's First Annual Drive Through Bethlehem was held in 2007 and it was a big success! During the two night event, we had over 1,000 drive through!

There is also the adult Christmas Cantata, Children's Christmas Play & Youth Christmas Play.
